Michael somehow got this canoe from his dad last summer. His parents had two canoes that they used to take their children on camping trips. Michael remembers having a lot of fun with them, and would like our family to share some similar memories. Unfortunately, I'm not quite as brave or adventurous as his mom was. Anyway, he finally got a chance to take our kids out in the canoe with some friends recently. He and Bryan enjoyed it, but the kids were bored and happy to reach shore about an hour and a half later. Maybe it's more of a Scout thing.
