Father and Son Campout 2010

This year, Mason got to go with Michael and Thomas on the Father and Son Campout. He was so excited. Kim and his two sons drove up with Michael and the boys. Michael took some pictures while they were up there. As usual, Thomas wanted to hike up the mountain.

He told me later that he's bored of that mountain and he wants to camp somewhere else next time. :-p I love how well these two brothers stick together and play together. Mason has started making goofy faces in his pictures. Thomas hasn't perfected his yet. :-) Michael mostly got pictures of Mason on the mountain since Thomas was so far ahead. There's a picture of Kim, a super great guy and friend, and of his son, Caleb, during a melt-down. Caleb made it back just fine. We can't forget our friendly lizard. I wonder if it's the same one they caught last year? Once they get to the top of the mountain, they turn around and slide down on their bums. Makes for great laundry days! Really, though, they had a great time and look forward to more male-bonding next year (or sooner, if the boys can help it!).
